My name is Dr. Christina Checinski and I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a Certified Clinical Homeopath, and a Certified Neurofeedback Trainer. My inspiration for becoming all these things was my three children. I was determined to discover any and all of the natural ways that were available to help my kids be more successful in life. In my experience, not a lot of help was available for their diagnoses. The more I researched, the better I began to understand the differences in the way my children processed information.

This system is incredibly easy to use for the parent, teacher and child. My guide comes with simple easy to follow instructions for you to implement right away. A characteristic trait of children with Executive Control diagnoses ( ADhD OCD or ODD) is their brain is unable to apply hindsight and foresight in a millisecond to make good decisions like others can. That's why with these kids by the time you say, "do you know what you did wrong?" they say yes.

Because it's not a learning issue, it's a processing issue. Their brain caught up and identified what they did wrong, it just didn't happen in the timeframe needed to be successful. When firing correctly, the executive control center of our brain scans our experiences in a millisecond to help us make good decisions.

It uses hindsight (was I ever in a situation like this before, what did I do, and how did it work out for me?) and foresight (I remember how that went, so I should act like this for the best possible outcome) and all this processing happens in milliseconds to help us function more successfully in the world.

But for kids with diagnoses that affect executive control function, that processing is delayed. We call them impulsive and say they don't think before they act, but it's really that their brain needs a little more time to process. This system gives their brain the time to do that. Thanks to neuro plasticity, the quiet repetition of this system allows correct responses to become easier and more automatic.
